- The minimum rental period is related to each individual property, usually 4 days . (for some apartment/houses 3 days minimum available) for some others is 7 days .
- Rates are for one week rental and include all services described. This does not include heating, firewood, cleaning.
- To finalize the booking the customer must send an advance payment of 20% of the total amount of the rent. The balance payment is requested one month before arrival date.
- Upon arrival, the Guest has to give a mandatory refundable security deposit (the amounts depends on the property chosen) to the owner or his representative. This deposit will be returned on departure minus any possible damages.
- The guest will have no right to any refund or compensation for time left and not used.
- Problems generated during the stay by extraordinary weather events or difficulties relating to public services, will not qualify for reductions or refunds .
- Arrival’s Time 3.30pm and 7.30pm. Departures must be between 9.00 am and 11.00 am. The time of arrival, any unforeseen delays , or difficulties must be promptly notified to Poppies& Sunflowers real estate
- Late arrivals after 9pm and midnights can be sometimes possible with an extracharge and with previous arrangements with Poppies&Sunflowers real estate.
- Only people whose identity has been registered with the police authorities may overnight in the building. Their number may not exceed the number of places indicated on the website, except for children up to two years. Any substitution of person during the rental period must be comunicated .
- Garbage removal and waste collection are the responsibility of the Guests who will take care according to the Municipality’s rules (mandatory)
- If necessary, the owner or his representative reserves the right to access to the property to perform necessary maintenance with previous prompt notification to the guests
- In case of cancellation the 30% deposit will be not refunds.
